Classes are filled on a first-come , first-served basis. A spot will not be held until payment is received along with a signed Dog
Training Agreement, completed Dog Training Registration Form, and proof of vaccinations. These items must be received
before the beginning of your first class. After the class session begins, no refunds will be given. You may transfer to another
class or apply a portion of your fees toward private training at the discretion of the class instructor. Instructor reserves the
right to cancel or postpone any class prior to the start date. If a group class is cancelled or postponed by no fault of the client,
client may take another class or cancel and receive a full refund.
Services provided: Classes are taught by Sarah Dyar, KPA CTP. Instructor may refuse entry to any dog which is not healthy,
is aggressive, or does not seem suited to the services provided. Instructor reserves the right to refulse addmittance if
limitations of the dog or handler impairs the ability to teach the methods used in the class. Instructor will make reasonable
accommodations to assure a successful class experience.
Payment: Payment is due prior to the start of class. No refunds will be given after the class has begun.
Removal from training: Instructor at her sole discretion may remove a dog from class if a hazard or threat of any nature to
any animal or person is present. No refund will be given under such circumstances. Concessions may be made for the
application of a portion aof fees towards private training as appropriate for said dog at the sole discretion of the instructor.
Cleanliness: Each dog owner is responsible for providing their own waste bags and cleaning up after their own dog.
Vaccinations: Dog owner agrees that they are solely responsible for the health of their pet, including current vaccinations as
recommended by their veterinarian based upon age and health of dog. Instructor will verify vaccinations in accordance with
the law at the time of class and maintain best practices regarding the cleanliness of facility.
Dog to dog contact: During class time dogs are not allowed contact with other dogs without the instructor's permission.
Group off-leash play is not allowed before, during, or after class unless supervised and approved by the instructor.
Liability: Dog owner agrees to indemnify and hold instructor and All Humane Dog Training and Behavior Solutions harmless
from all liability for any loss, damage, or injury to persons, animals, or property arising from or related to owner's pet. Dog
owner agrees that All Humane Dog Training and Behavior Solutions shall not be liable for loss or damage to the animal for
any reason unless said loss or damage was a direct result of All Humane Dog Training and Behavior Solutions negligence.
Children are not allowed in the training area for safety and focus reasons unless previously approved by the instructor.
Owner/handler accepts complete responsibility for his/her dog's behavior at all times.
Severability: If at any time a legal question arises from the Dog Training Agreement, and any part of this contract is found to
be null and void, both parties agree to abide by the remaining clauses of said contracts to uphold the general intention of the
initial agreement.
